Award-winning Design

From the curvilinear exterior design and the computer-controlled electronic mechanical systems, to the polished stainless-steel trim on the massive entry doors, every detail of Signature Center stands for quality.

The structures themselves are steel-frame with metal decking and concrete floors, fully sprinklered and electronically linked to local emergency services.  Exterior walls are glass-fiber reinforced concrete, with contoured windows of reflective energy-saving glass.

Floor plans, ranging up to 40,000 square feet, are flexible, and can be easily configured to meet individual tenants' needs.   Each building has a separate parking structure, plus surface visitor parking, with a combined ratio of more than four spaces per 1,000 square feet.
